Your Questions, Cleanly Answered by The Velvet Touch ATL

Our crews are based in Stonecrest and Lithonia, Georgia, and we routinely travel throughout the greater Atlanta metropolitan region, including select parts of South Georgia and Fayetteville. Because large vehicles and properties vary in location and access, we confirm every new job’s service radius when you call. If you are outside our core area, let us know—we may still be able to schedule a visit or recommend a trusted partner nearby.

Yes. Every solution we apply is biodegradable and non-corrosive, chosen to cut heavy grime without harming paint, metal, or surrounding landscaping. We constantly test new formulations and comply with all local discharge regulations, so your fleet or property stays clean while groundwater stays protected. Environmentally responsible products also help you avoid costly compliance fines and demonstrate your company’s commitment to sustainability—a win for your brand, your budget, and the planet.

Frequency depends on mileage, cargo, and exposure, but most commercial fleets benefit from a professional wash every one to two weeks. Regular service removes corrosive road salt, oil, and debris before it damages paint or undercarriage components. We create customized schedules that balance appearance standards, inspection requirements, and budget restraints. During your consultation we assess route conditions, terminal runoff rules, and branding goals to recommend the optimum interval for keeping your vehicles showroom-ready and regulation compliant.

Absolutely. While large commercial vehicles are our specialty, our mobile detailing team is fully equipped for sedans, SUVs, box trucks, and even RVs. We bring water, power, and all supplies to your location, delivering paint-safe hand washes, interior deep cleans, premium waxes, and specialty add-ons like Rain-X or engine cleaning. This flexibility means mixed fleets and personal vehicles receive the same meticulous care in a single appointment, saving you time and ensuring a consistent, high-gloss finish across your lineup.

Our service trucks function as self-contained wash stations. Each unit carries commercial-grade pressure washers, adjustable nozzles, hot-water steam systems, soft-wash pumps, water reclamation mats, and eco-friendly detergents. We also stock ladders, brushes, surface cleaners, and microfiber towels to tackle everything from tall trailers to delicate storefront glass. Because equipment is maintained in-house, you receive consistent pressure and temperature settings that protect surfaces while blasting away buildup. All we need on arrival is clear access to the vehicles or areas scheduled.

Yes. Protecting waterways is a core part of our process. Our technicians deploy containment berms and vacuum recovery systems that capture wash water before it reaches storm drains. The collected water is then filtered and disposed of in accordance with municipal guidelines. By managing runoff for you, we help prevent environmental damage and eliminate the risk of regulatory fines. Documentation of our procedures is available upon request for audits, inspections, or your own environmental reporting.

We understand that downtime costs money, so we offer flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Tell us when your vehicles are parked or your storefront is least busy, and we will build a timetable that minimizes disruption to your operation. Our mobile units arrive fully prepared, allowing us to finish most standard jobs in a single visit. Advanced booking is recommended for after-hours slots, but we always do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

We provide several secure, hassle-free payment options to accommodate individual owners and large corporate accounts. During your estimate we will review the choices available and agree on the method that best fits your internal processes. Digital invoicing is available for fleet managers who require purchase-order tracking, while residential customers can settle onsite once the work is complete. Please ask our office for current details.
